Dr. Mora is a clinical psychologist, licensed in New York (License #018957-1) and earned his doctorate in 2009 from St. John's University. During graduate school, he trained at Bellevue Hospital Center (Neuropsychology Program), Creedmoor Psychiatric Center, Lorenzo Ponce Psychiatric Hospital (in Guayaquil, Ecuador), St. John’s University Center for Psychological Services, and Pilgrim Psychiatric Center.  In 2014, he earned a postdoctoral certificate in Forensic Psychology from St. John's University and was the President of the New York State Psychological Association's Division of Race, Culture, and Ethnicity. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, New York State Psychological Association, Suffolk County Psychological Association, National Academy of Neuropsychology, and Hispanic Neuropsychological Society. Since graduating from St. John’s, he worked for the United States Federal Bureau of Prisons, the New York State Office of Mental Health, and St. Francis College. He is employed full-time with the US Department of Veteran Affairs.
